Postage

For small items (non-furniture) postage will be calculated at checkout based on weight and dimensions. We offer Royal Mail tracked 24 or tracked 48 or next day delivery (signed for - any if ordered by midday the day before). These vary in price from £5 to £11 depending on the option you choose at checkout.

All our small and medium parcels will be sent out using Royal Mail 1st class. Typically your parcel will be with you in 1 to 2 working days.

If you have commissioned an item of furniture to be created then on completion it can be picked up from our workshop near Pathhead, Midlothian. You will be notified when it's ready to pick up!

Yes, we can offer local pickup from our workshop near Pathhead, Midlothian. You will find this option at checkout - please do get in touch with me once you have chosen this option as I don't work full time at the workshop and need to make sure we arrange a pick up time when I'll be there!
